The following is the general steps in the recruitment procedure to recruit Nepalese Manpower from Nepal. As we hear from our client for the recruitment of Nepalese worker, the following steps are followed:

After the initial agreements between S.& S. Human Resource Pvt.Ltd.And the overseas employers company the next steps is to ,meet the legal for the Labour Department of Nepal, the following documents, concerning the requirement of workforce, should be submitted;
- Demand Letter
- Power of Attorney
- Guarantee Letter
- Employment Contract
- Agency Agreement
Note: Above mentioned documents should be authenticated/ attested by the local chamber of commerce of the employer’s country and the Embassy/Consulate of Nepal of that particular country of employment.
- The selection of the candidates are done and confirmed by the clients, the visa processing is done according to the rules and regulations that of a country.
- Once the visa arrives, the deployment approval for each worker is processed at the departments of Labour and Employment so as to be able to deploy the candidates to their company.
- The final approval from Ministry of Labour and Employments takes 3-4 working days for the Nepal employments agency to get the paper work.
Deployment & Ticketing
when the final approval is processed and ready, worker travel arrangements are made for their respective destinations.The candidates are deployed with prior flight information to our client 3 days before and the deployment of the workers to their location 2 days prior the actual flight.
